Exceptional Service from Edie

I filled in a contact form on the Allan Gray website, I was looking to get more information from the horses mouth about their products. About an hour later I got a call from Edie in their Customer Service division. She was remarkably knowledgeable, patient and rather pleasant. I appreciate someone that knows their stuff, She was so comfortable she made me comfortable and she didn't only speak to me on the phone, she was very keen to help me navigate on their website where I could see the information for myself. Her service was outstanding, And has convinced me to do business with them based on this experience. I really hope there are many Edies in your employ, because I am really impressed, and I will be honest I don't get impressed easily. My questions were technical and the call was long for almost an hour and she did not flinch or try to rush the process.
