Exceptional Customer Service
I want to say a HUGE thank you to Johan Smith in the Client Services team who went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having. I cannot thank him enough. My first interactions with other team members were not great and I was getting extremely frustrated, but Johan completely turned my opinion of Allan Gray around. What a gem! Allan Gray management team, this guy deserves a promotion and a bonus :-). We need more Johans in this world.
