Double Debit Refund
After being double debited, I was told it would take 7 working days for the money to be refunded. I think this is a very unreasonable ask when the amount is very substantial and done in the middle of the month.
The only other way to get the money back immediately is by doing a debit order reversal which costs R48. Please let me know how Alan Gray will refund the R48.
