Allan Gray Cannot get your Money Back

I requested a withdrawal from my investment on May 30 2024 (reference number: 5-***). Allan Gray came back the next day to inform me that they require 3 specimen signatures and my ID because the signature does not match what they have on record. I pointed out that this is the exact same signature that I used to withdraw previously from my investment (reference number 2-***). A week later now and they come back saying that they need 3 signatures and my ID. How are we supposed to do business with a company this slow to react to our needs?
