Nightmare of a Handyman

<p>Allan Garrit takes your money upfront to do handyman work for you. For example, in my case a stove, a kitchen unit and taps. He then makes excuse after excuse around why he cannot do the work eg, he is ill, his staff has deserted him, the stove is wrong and needs to be changed, the tenant was not at the property when he arrived to do the work, his wife left him etc etc.</p> <p>He then offers to pay your money back to you which he pretends on a daily basis that he is attending to. Eventually after a week or so, you realise that he is making up stories.</p> <p>He has done something similar to a management agent in the Sandton area.</p> <p>in summary, his work comes across as a **** to make money. Excericise huge caution.</p> <p>He now owes me almost R 7000. </p>
