Company of confusion

This company send out there electric man callee Ambrose that overcharged me on a small electric fault as i did an investigation to compare prices i found he was 300% overcharging as i spoke to the company my confusion grew as the are trading on multiple names 1 being all wired up 2 electricians on call 3 independent electrical contractor. As it seems they do this to overcharge and confuse us even more so that we can't lay any complaint as the say it is not the same company...
