What Customer Service?

Decent build quality, the product does look good. Had an issue with the carport leaking so sent an email to the sales person that assisted me, that was on a Monday. I actually forgot about it. 8days later he was at my front door asking if it has been attended too, to which I rep**** no. He committed to escalating the matter. That Thursday nobody has contacted me again... So I phoned to enquire. No explanation offered or apology. I had to drag it out of them. Terrible customer service. Even though it's a good product, I'll never make use of their services again.
