Bad Services

Well where must I begin. I have received a telephone call from a company what use All weather awing's in PE, to manufacture the Blinds. When the Blinds arrived from PE, there was some of the parts not included. The only thing they can say, sorry the dispatch people did not check if everything is in. No wonder, that services in South Africa is getting worse, because of attitude of no one care. The part will only be in Cape Town next week maybe before Friday. Well this is also a no care attitude, and if you asked, can it not be couriered over night, then sorry we only deal with a one courier company, what a joke.
