All Weather Awnings - BEWARE

On the 26th May I called All Weather Awnings and made an appointment for 11h30 on the 29th for a Quote. Time was postponed till 2pm by AWA. At 3pm I called and spoke to the CEO's wife and told her that my Friday had been ruined. She abruptly told me not to ruin her's and put the phone down on me. The sales guy,Sean arrived at 5pm. I told him the story and he said the CEO was selling the business and had lost interest. After enquiring numerous times, I eventually received a quote 5 weeks later. Took another 2 weeks for Sean to return to do the final measurements. I told him that the deposit would be paid when AWA gave me an installation date, because friends of mine had waited months for their installation. A week later, Sean emailed me and told me the product I ordered(their most popular) was not available. If you are considering using All Weather Awnings -DONT!!
