Very Helpful and go beyond the extra mile

Good day My name is Gerhard and I am a subscriber of ALL Things Motoring on YouTube. A few months ago I watched a video of how Michael and another presenter was talking about dealerships that sometimes don't care about the customer especially about a complaint.... I had this for about 10 months. I bought a new car but the car had vibrations in the floor, steering and seat. After 10 prop shafts and a transfer case it was still the same. On numerous occasions they wanted to give the vehicle back to me and I declined. Today they said there is nothing they can do more and I needed to fetch the vehicle at the dealership. This is where I contacted and send Michael at ALL THINGS MOTORING an email to explain my situation. In less than 15 min the Head Office of the particular dealership called me and arranged for me a fleet vehicle while they try to sort my vehicle. I hope this will solve my problems and they can fix this issue. They should have given me a new vehicle after the second prop shaft was not working.... MANY THANKS TO MICHAEL from ALL THINGS MOTORING... I even got a call from him to hear if I was helped. I felt so special. Something that the dealership and the Head Office could not do in 10 months.
