Poor workmanship and pathetic communication with clients

Real disappointing service. I have used All Terrain for 2-3 years and have spent more than 100k on various jobs. Although the owner, Ferdy and his team have always been friendly, I often had to take the vehicle back to fix half done work. During November 2019 they prepared my vehicle for a long distance drive to adjacent countries. I paid 11k for the work and some of the work failed after a mere 1 300 km. Wrote them a mail two days ago, claiming 2.6k back for the repairs that I had to redo in Namibia. Until today not even a courtesy call from Ferdy the owner (similar to the no responses on HP) 2.6k will not make me poorer but out of principle I will institute legal action if I don't get refunded by coming Monday. I will also use as many social media platforms as possible to warn the general public about their lack of quality and pathetic attitude by not responding to my complaint and demand for my damages.
