BEWARE... Absolutely Appalling Service

Prepare yourself for the worst experience of your life. When you arrive at All terrain Automotive it looks quite busy as there are a few vehicles there, don't be fooled, those cars have been there for months if not years, i know mine was one of them. I had my Land Rover Discovery 3 booked if for an engine rebuild on the 6th January 2020, to be told this would take roughly 3 weeks to complete, I was been told the work was being done, when the time came for what was supposed to be delivery i started getting the excuses and stories, i then paid them in full for the work to be done as i was told they needed monies for the engineering workshop, this was on the 25th February 2020. After even more stories and excuses I was told they were going to send my motor to another repair shop as they were unable to assemble it. I eventually paid to move my whole car to the other company to complete the job, which they have, but once again, for All terrain Automotive to hold up their outstanding reputation, they are now withholding the funds to release my vehicle. Today is the 22 June 2020 and i still do not have my property back. In all this time I have been unable to speak to the owner, he will not talk to me or return any calls, i feel sorry for the poor lady in reception having to deal with their many unhappy clients. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.....
