All Storage, Damages and Lost goods.

ALL STORAGE, Is a storage place. My parents have rented a Unit there for a long while. They have had Rain damage multiple times, Company moved them to another unit that also has rain damage. HOW IS THIS FAIR? Don't you pay to keep your things safe? All storage cut our lock without our permission to build a step in the front of our unit. Where thousands of rand worth of our stuff was ******.. We have sent mails, called, etc.... They offed us new stuff not even a quarter of it's worth. We sent in all the proof of the lock being cut, the water damages. We where told their lawyers would get back to us. It's been yet another 12days and NO RESPONSE.

NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!
