All Star Recruiters unprofessional!!!!

I have never been mistreated so badly in my life! Whilst doing a telephonic "interview" with the lady Mariaan, things got out of hand as she was free to give her opinions and when I tried to explain mine, she started raising her voice at me and did not give me the opportunity to explain. She has the odasity to tell me I will never be able to handle stress and put the phone down in my ear and refused to further assist me as a jobseeker. I come from years of working for a Global well known company...soooo who can't handle stress or conflict Mariaan? I want an apology!!!
