Bad bad bad service. Shocking.

I had an accident on 8 March where I was bumped from behind in rush hour traffic. All star Autobody was Santam’s approved panelbeater. Initially I got a good impression, but eventually everything fell apart. They hounded me for a R1000 co payment which Santam erroneously did not tell me to pay. They pit a pirate exhaust on my car without confirming if warranty was still valid. They also missed that my diff was damaged and eventually re assessed it and decided it was unrelated to the accident and not their problem. Although car had had full service and declared healthy 2 weeks prior to the accident. After a long battle between myself and Santam, I paid for a replacement of the diff, Jaguar covered a portion as good will seeing in all that time spent waiting and fighting my warranty did expire.

Santam clearly stated that All Yar has to pay for an original exhaust as that needed to be replaced. It is now September and they are just ignoring Jaguar’s invoice and not paying. This is clearly their mistake and they have committed *****. Now again Jaguar approached me to settle invoice which I refuse to do. I pay insurance and my car installment. None of this was supposed to be my problem.
