DISHONEST AND POOR WORKMANSHIP!!!

PLS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I contacted Dave after we had some hail damage to our plastic roof sheets on a flat section between our house and garage. I pointed out specific areas that were leaking that i wanted fixed seeing as the roof sheets are coming off and need to be replaced. He quoted me on waterproofing and some flashing at the rear of the house which i thought was him fixing the leaks. The roofsheets that were replaced look terrible with this black tar stuff by the clear sheets. The sections that i pointed out are still leaking and he claims i did not point them out when he was quoting. He says he does hundreds of quotes and cant remember me pointing out all the leaks but his staff remember. While they were working their his staff were promoting themselves for private work which i then asked them what they would charge to replace a plastic gutter in the front of the house and redirect the water to the pool. So his memory is good enough to bring that up but he cannot recall me clearly pointing out all the leaks i wanted resolved. Its been almost 4 months since they did the work and they are always too busy to come out and resolve the issue.
