Poor Customer satisfaction and Communication.

These guys came out to give me a quote which I accepted. I paid them the money upfront with a 5% discount. I was first told it will take 2-3 weeks and after a week they told me they never received the payment, when I phoned to find out then all of a sudden they did get it. I was also told this will be up in 3 hours as they pre-assemble it and then come to site and do the finals. When they arrived they were here for 5 hours just to do the frame and told me they will be back the next day where I had to take another day off work.

The next day came and nobody arrived at 10 in the morning I phoned and asked what happened only to be told that it was raining at their offices and they went to another job. I was told they would be here later in the day. Still no communication to me where I had to phone again and ask what is going on. I was told that they are loading and will get back to me.

My advise is to rather not use them as they make all sorts of promises and nothing features.
