******* product and the warranty is a lie.

These guys Brad and Jaco are a horrible bunch to deal with. They supp**** the wrong colour, then tried to say it's my fault. The delivery time is ridiculous and I've have to follow up more than just a few times. The quality of the cover is ****, it didn't even last 4 years and had to be repaired a number of times in those 4 years. I ordered a second one which didn't even last two months without tearing. -- Don't ask me why I ordered from them again, I regret this decision.

The warranty they claim is non existent, it's not worth the paper it is written on. These guys are out for a quick buck and I would put them in the same category as a bunch of ********.

You better of just finding a man with a van to do a pool cover for you. Im sure their customer service would be better.
