There are patients who need special assistance that suppose to be transferred to Mthatha on Thursday, but it didn't happen even nurses they don't have a valid reason for not being able to be transferred. There's a patient whom we're admitted on 29th of October cause of the pressure was high they doctors on Monday gave him insulin to which cause the Pressure be too low the patient can't even eat. The nurse doesn't even care they just gave pills without eating anything. It's so bad people there they don't die because of its their time , it's because there's no care at all.
