negligence and unprofessionalism

hello peter.this incident happened in july.of this year when my brother fundisile mrobo was admitted in all saints hospital,first of all i hate how the public hospital doctors will criticize that people go for private doctors when the private doctors do not deliver they come back to them.in December of 2014 my brother got involve in a car accident,he had bruises on the left arm and right under it covering the ribs,he was a diabetic person he was taking injection as type of his prescribed medication.what im complaining about here today is that if my brother didn't have a car accident he would still be alive and would have not landed on the hands of uncaring doctors and nurses of all saints.the doctor that referred him to the hospital made it clear that he has to be drained some water on his lungs but no all saints did not do that instead they kept him and said he was gonna be transferred to umtata hospital even that didn't happen they made a lame excuse that the ambulance left him how does that happen,that they rely in one ambulance that only travel on Thursday?on the day that he was being transferred they removed the life support/oxygen from him and he passed on.they killed him.
