Bylaw violation; construction noise

While All Saints centre is meant to be a family-oriented shopping centre, their recent renovation and construction in September 2026 has been an offensive display to community values. Their construction has regularly gone on well through the night, or until late at night - evenon weekdays. This is utterly discourteous and a gross violation of bylaws.

The centre is located within close proximity to various residential complexes and Olivedale Hospital, yet the construction proceeded noisily forcing residents and patients to repeatedly complain to the site manager and call JMPD begging for relief.

Apart from the ongoing noise such as angle-grinders and jackhammering at night, shoppers raised their concerns about various safety violations.

It is upsetting that residents and patients surrounding the centre are disregarded for a face-lift to the shops. This is a prime example of ******* behavior that strongarms the community because of commercial greed. However, offer jumping castles on the weekend and discounts and people will be back on your side.
