Poor Return Policy

On Wednesday 1st September, I sent Thabiso a clear photo of the aircon pipe I was needing for my car along with the exact description/year/model. He found the part and ask me to pay R750. I paid for it and had it collected with Courier Guys. When my mechanic tried to fit it, It turned out to be wrong part. I notified him immediately and returned it within a week and in perfect condition along with my bank details. It’s now a month later and I am still awaiting my credit. William, the owner, is proving obstructive and is of little assistance.
