Bad Customer Service

Bad Customer Service, I purchased a radiator cap at All Renault Spares Pretoria Zambezi, I thought the cap was lost only to find it when I opened my bonnet it fall in beneath. When I return the item they refused to refund me. They say is not their mistake, the cap is not used and I have the receipt slip.
