Please be aware of Mark and Peter Belling, t/a all Prop Investmens cc. They apparently use the services of an attorney Broodryk De Wet, fax ***. Mark contact number *** and many others. <br> My daughter was met at a new Estate in Ruimsig by a contraction worker called Fish. Mark facilitated the rental lease over the phone, Fish has keys to all the units that Mark apparently owns. Once the deposit and months rental is paid, you cannot get hold of Mark on the phone, he switches numbers. I have since learnt that he operates all over the country including KZN. Be aware of this **** please.
