initially I was very impressed with the responses, however in the last week alone this company did not pitch up twice even though the times were confirmed. Added to which we were not contacted to advise that they were not coming. Yesterday was the last straw as we were told 1030 and by 1430 they were not here. I made a lot of phone calls and the last one was ",give me 2 hours". My WhatsApp messages ,along with my phone calls continue to be ignored. The ramifications of this is that my insurance claim cannot be submitted again and I will be losing out big time. All I needed was reliability and honesty and good workmanship. Is that too much to ask?
