Pet transport company

All Pets transport transported a Netherland.dwarf bunny that we had purchased from Capetown to.Pretoria for us. The bunny was on the road for 12 days before it got here. When she arrived she was filthy, dehydrated and underweight. She had to be taken to the vet as she was in such terrible condition and be treated for bloat, which is life threatening. The vet confirmed it was due to her being dehydrated. All pets transport refuses to answer my calls, or pay the vet bill. Not even an apology. This is absolute ANIMAL CRUELTY. Please don't use them.
