Pay back my money...

I wanted to get a pet from Gauteng to Limpopo. On 10 April 2024, I contacted All Pets Transport. They said they are coming in that week so I paid. The week after they said they will come in that week, as soon as their vehicle, which was broken, will be on the road again. I made other arrangements and got my pet safely with me. I tried to contact them again, but no one answered. I contacted them from whatsapp and via email, asking for a refund, but got no answer in return. I phoned from other numbers and got hold of the owner. She gave the phone to the financial guy who also never answered his phone. They said I will get my money back. It is now 15 June. More than 2 months after and I still didn't receive any money or any communication from the owner's side. They make **** promises and ***** your money and don't give any kind of service.
