GUARD against the use of All Pest Solutions

I would just like to to warn all consumers out there, should you ever need a company to assist you with pest control, do not make use of ALL PEST SOLUTIONS as their contract does not make provision for different interpretations on guarantee's supp**** on different categories of work carried out. In my case I got them to come and quote me to treat termites on my grass, to which they then suggested we treat my house as well as a precautionary measure. I agreed and they proceeded with the work. Upon invoice and payment time they noted on the invoice in their own handwriting that I have a 5year guarantee, less than 2 years later I have further problems on my grass and is now told my guarantee of 5 years only apply to my house, bear in mind my house was treated on a precautionary measure with the real problem being in my grass, after long debate they come out and do a quick treatment but now refuse to uphold their guarantee, why, because they did an inferior job, they only did this to by themselves time and out of their own mistake in stipulating the correct guarantees period per treatment. Their business integrity is shocking and I am utterly perturbed with this shocking service.
