Item not received and no refund
Ordered a pool liner on 23 November 2025. Supplier was out of stock and on 12 March 2026 new stock has arrived and tracking number was promised. Item was never couriered and requested refund on 28 April 2026. 10 August still no refund and complaint logged with CGSO.

****ming clients with promises of items but do not reply or deliver or refund. Ordered a caravan travel blanket on 17 June 2025. Up to date, no travel blanket. Keeps on sidestepping with poor excuses when even replying. Seeing as this is a complaint from other customers as well, I am taking the issue up with my lawyer as well as laying a charge of theft and *****
