Terrible experience!!!! Stay away!!!!

We had a terrible experience with Rui Vincent!! It took him 7 months to complete a few simple projects at a property we are renting out. The excuses were endless for not showing up on site.... from staff issues to his bakkies that was in an accident to an injured leg he apparently had, and off course load shedding was his main excuse for everything.

We had a roof leak that he was supposed to waterproof and seal...to make a long story short, he waterproofed everywhere except where the leak was, and this was after we showed him exactly where the leak was. We contacted someone else to fix his mess.

He only had to fix a broken garage light inside the garage. For some reason one of his staff climb into the ceiling and a fell through the ceiling leaving a massive hole in the ceiling. That happened in February...it was eventual fixed end of May!

There was a kitchen light that was not working properly, and Rui quoted us a ridiculous amount to fix the wiring in the wall. We asked an electrician to have a look and he fixed it within a few minutes at a fraction of the cost.

On his final invoice he invoiced us for work that we asked him not to do anymore because we could see that he don't have a clue what he is doing.

He drops off his staff and leaves....no supervision at all!!

This is just a very short summary of a few things that was a total disaster.

I will never recommend him or use him ever again!!!
