Cancelled two appointments within 2 x consecutive

Rui Vincent said that he sent me an email early one morning. the same morning the appointment was scheduled for. The message only came through at 09h15. I am a doctor and cancelled my patients to be home at 12h00. When I spoke with him he was not concerned about me or my patients and was more interested in his job in Johannesburg. I was not happy but allowed a follow up appointment to be made the next week the same time. The following week his secretary emailed me once again to tell me he was not going to make the appointment as he had business to attend to in Johannesburg again. This time no phone call. I once again cancelled appointments unnecessarily . He has no client consideration or care whatsoever his service is disgraceful.
