All out a bit disappointed

To start off with, Rui took a week to send me a quote for putting up a door for us after numerous reminders. It took then another 2 weeks to make a date for the little job which by the way he quoted R1500 (we provided the door, handles, lock and hinges) . I didn't get any other quotes so wanted it to be done as soon as possible and agreed for the job. On the day of his appointment his bakkie got into an accident and he had to postpone the job. After another week he got time to put up the door. He arrived 3 hours after the set time of appointment and when he and his workers arrived, he left and the workers first had an hour lunch in my garden. And also broke a glass in the grass where they sat.

All that said the job was done in good time( max 2 hours).
