Terrible service, lack thereof!

With 3 weeks' notice they still managed to miss the specified delivery dates for 5 deliveries. Sales rep didn't return calls. After numerous follow ups and a week later and still waiting for some deliveries despite the branch manager confirming that all would be delivered by a specific date. I will not use them again.
