Disappointing Recent Customer Service Experience

I’ve used All Office for years and have recommended them on many projects. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their customer service was very disappointing.

I had a broken chair that needed repair. I was first told I’d receive a quote, then informed it would be covered under warranty, only to be told a few days later that I’d need to pay. When I raised the issue, the response was defensive and lacked any apology or accountability.

Really poor service for a company I’ve supported and trusted over the years.
