All Nissan Spares - Pretoria - Reg #: *** - Don't pay refunds!!!

Communication and service was all good initially until they posted me an incomplete part. I sent it back via PostNet and requested a replacement or refund. This happened in August 2025 and since then it's been excuses of cannot get hold of the boss, the lady who pays refunds only does it on a Thursday...2 month later, still did not get my refund & that boss still never contacted me once to apologise or just anything? I have to keep on reminding them? This is not how professionalism works, but now contemplating taking them to the Consumer Protection Act or small claims court!!!
