TERRIBLE SERVICES FROM ALL MERCEDES SPARES AMS IN VAN DER HOFF ROAD, PRETORIA

As we stay in Capital Park and AMS is in Van der Hoff Road, and we believe in supporting people within our community, we decided to visit them last week Saturday, 24 October. Our need was a W168 Electric Window Switch. We were informed that they do not have but that they know there is in stock and will phone me the moment they have a quotation for me. Needless to say, I have not received any feedback. If phoned on Monday, 26 October and left a message on the office phone as they tried putting me through to Kevin, but he did not answer the phone. I had to go back again on Tuesday, 27 October to find out what is going on. To my horror, I was informed that there is no such part available and if I want such a part I need to buy that type of car at a auction to get that one spare, which would not even have costs me R1000. No apologies that they did not call me back, just this excuse. BAD SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER REFER THEM AND I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN
