Never buy from All Merc spares

I purchased a part(Oil Pump) from All Merc spares in Pretoria,when I went there I was told to buy Sub Assembly but then the sales man explained they don't have it I must buy Oil pump instead, bought it because he told me it will workout cheaper. Bought,I then took it to the mechanic who told me I bought a wrong part,then I went back the shop to return the party and Ally the sales guy told me they cannot take it back because the part was correctly supp****, I then went back to the mechanic and he asked me to asked them to swap it for something else,they told me the only way to take it back it is when I buy a full engine which is 44k meaning i must raise 39k if i want my car right with another engine . I have been trying to resolved it but they all sing the same song, meaning I am stuck with a part I don't need and if they didn't mislead me i was not t going to buy it. I called million times trying to resolve it but no luck... They are pathetic and run business like mafias and intermediate you with their big securities
