Lowlife locksmith

I have just had the most awful experience with Pieter Du Plessis' locksmith company call All Locks. Granted, I was a bit naive because I thought R150 was a reasonable call out fee. I didn't think to ask what they would charge after that. The locksmith spent a total of 10 minutes to open the sliding door and announced that the cost would be R1100! That is just **************** and totally unreasonable. When I told him so, he said he could discount it to R850. If I argued with that then he would put it back to R1100.00. His 'locksmith' arrived with a metal ruler and a hammer. No other tools in sight. I was told that I would be paying for his 'expertise' , because a locksmith studies for 6 years to be a locksmith. I certainly will not be recommending this company to anyone.
