DO NOT USE!

Do not use unless you enjoy being blind sided and **********. Expect one message advising you that a call out fee of R R250 will be charged. (Fine, I expect a weekend call-out to be steep). An hour later you'll receive a call telling you that a cheap inside door lock was replaced and it cost R3,200! Like any reasonable person, if I was told that it would cost more than 3K to replace a cheap door lock in advance, I would have declined and just paid the call-out fee. Knowing this, they cynically do the the job first, don't mention the cost, and then bill you a ridiculous amount after. Very dishonest business practice.
