Bad experience, expensive and don't keep their promise to clients.

I had a bad experience with this company and will never use them again. My mother locked her car keys in her car at a shopping center. I phone them and they said that it is R150 callout fee and the locksmith will tell me what it would cost when he is on site. I was also told that the person would be there quick as they have people in all areas. I waited 35 min for him to arrive. Then he said it could cost me with in R800-R1500. He couldn't give me a price before he did the job. I was put on the spot and didn't have a choice but to agree, otherwise it would have cost me R150 and then the time and money to get someone else. It took him 5 min, minimum effort and he knew exactly what tools to use (so why not be able to give me an exact amount as was promised?). R1350!!!! The only think that they did was to open the car, that is why I am giving them 2 stars, but I WON'T USE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
