All locks are ****ming assholes!

DON'T BOOK ALL LOCKS!!! They are ****mers!! They say it's only R150 for a call out and then they go ahead and fix whatever WITHOUT your permission or quotation first provided. You then get an invoice for a ridiculous amount and the guy will not leave your property without payment! They are *****ing from people! I did not give them the go-ahead to fix anything, ONLY the call out fee was approved so that they can ASSESS the problem and supply me with a quote! They have no customer service and they are illiterate assholes who can't even spell correctly on their invoice!
