Avoid this company - there is no recourse for faulty or returned products.

This company appears to be a *****ulent fly-by night operation with no street address. We bought 2 laptops, over two months ago, and it was a headache from the start. The laptops that were delivered were not as per the advertised specifications, and one of them's trackpad was faulty and it did not connect to wifi. We returned the laptops by agreement with Thandi at All Laptops for a full refund (as per their 7-day refund policy that was advertised online when we purchased the machines) and we have yet to receive our refund. All Laptops have cited supplier and cash-flow issues. This is not acceptable as we have now had to buy FOUR laptops to continue with the work we needed 2 laptops to do. After many failed promises to refund us in instalments we have not received a cent back. Avoid this crowd at all costs! They have no registered business address and there is no recourse for faulty products bought through this company.
