Extremely bad disgusting service

My sister who reside at Birchfield complex in Midrand Grand central left the luggage with reside security this morning that I had to collect and leave to Limpopo. I went there this Morning as she assured me that the luggage is with the security, when I arrive I asked my husband to collect it as I was carrying a newborn, he came back and said they refused. Well I went out and the security told me he won't give me luggage. Had to coundell my trip to Limpopo. I hope the company will pay a special transport to Limpopo for me Because I was left behind because of rude, unprofessional security guard.
