Being drunk while on duty

On the 27th of May 2022 later in the afternoon I went to Residencial place by the name of Birchfiled in Midrand central. The security guard in place at that complex are from All is well security based in Midrand. The security guard was drunk that he caused my car to be damaged by the gate. I informed the company and called them same time thy came and tested the guard for alcohol and results came back positive that this guy was drunk and they said they will then come back to me to give me feedback and see how to fix the damage on my car . Till this day when I call the security company they are telling me that I shud speak to property manager and up until this day nothing was done. My fear is how safe is everyone staying in that complex where people who should be grading them and making sure that thye are safe are drunk while on duty
