Shockingly bad aluminum window installation

This company supp**** and installed aluminum windows on my patio. The worst installation job I’ve ever seen! Windows all skew! In spite of telling him that my outside pillars are not straight and not to use them as guides, that’s exactly what they did. Couldn’t even use a spirit level to straighten windows. The reveals inside completely skew. Brad not interested in taking any responsibility, said he couldn’t see the problem, that’s how they always do it. If I wanted him to fix, he would charge for it.
