Bad fitting lids on All Gold jams

The contents of the bottles of All Gold Apricot Extra Fruit Jam is very tasty. It is opening the jar that is the problem. All in all I have broken 3 bottles trying to get the lid off the jars. Not even my husband could open the bottles. I understand that the jars must be made safe for the consumers but this is ridiculous. The last jar I made a hole in the lid and used a teas**** to decant the jam through the hole in the lid and put the jam into Tupperware. I would suggest using some other containers for the jams. I have tried to phone the consumer number given on the jar ***) a number of times but my calls were UNANSWERED!
