Shipment Complaint

Hello Peter I have engaged this logistics company which is situate at SAA Freight Services Area. They invoiced me R 2960,00 for shipping ' soil for university testing purposes' to Polytechnic Milan. The payment was made in Jan. 2019.

All gators contact details are: ********** 556, Cell ********** 796, and they operate from Customs Feightbuilding 10th Floor, Office 1022, OR Tambo International Airport.

We have tried to get a response from Director Jacky Mandlazi to no avail. It is difficult to establish whether they freight companies have any regulator and we are stuck. This is a great embarassment because the 'soil was to be used by the university for architectural purposes.'.

Please help us establish whether All Gators are a '****' company? Tshepiso
