⚠️ Warning: Unauthorised Valet Parking Service Operating at OR Tambo – “All Gators Airport Parking Services”

I want to warn fellow travellers about a deeply concerning experience with a company called All Gators Airport Parking Services (All Gators Logistics & Projects (Pty) Ltd, Reg. No. ***).

On Saturday, 4 October 2025 at 05:00, I was approached at the departures area of OR Tambo Airport by one of their employees offering valet parking. I was assured my car would be safely stored overnight, washed, and returned on Sunday evening, 5 October.

When I landed, I received a message to meet the driver at “Level 15 or 16” at 21:15. No one arrived. All calls and messages went unanswered, their website was down, and I feared my vehicle had been ******. After almost 90 minutes of distress, staff from other valet companies helped me track the driver down. My car was eventually returned at 22:45, not washed and with damage to the gear knob.

The driver claimed his phone was damaged while “assisting in a hijacking”, but this excuse and the overall handling were completely unacceptable.

I have reported this matter to ACSA (Airports Company South Africa) for investigation, as this company appears to be operating without proper authorisation at OR Tambo.
