Funeral policy - is the campany registered

Worst service ever. Not sure if their legit. I think it is a ****. They called me selling the funeral policy. I took 2 covers with them. They have been debiting my account for the past 4 months now and I don't even have policy documents. Their contacts are not going through. I had to call the bank trying to cancel and reverse the debits but the bank can't and the worst thing is I can't even reverse it myself. I got their other contacts from the bank which are not going through to them but to the company called Short Systems. Short system says they are just doing debit mandates for them and they can't stop the debit order, I have to cacell with them, how do I do that when they are not picking their company phones. When I ask them their contact they gave me a cell number ***. The guy is always telling me he is not in the office and will ask someone to call. If you call him again, he doesn't pick up. I received an sms early in Jan and when I responded asking for policy docs' they asked me for ID numbers and beneficiaries. I responded with the details and told them I want to add more people on the cover, that's when they called. No one called ever since I opened the policy called me, only today after making calls so many times. Can someone pls check this people are the real. Worst of all their web site says suspended. Now I have to switch banks for them not to get in to my account anymore. So much admin for nonsense.
