ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING WORKMANSHIP!! I would never recommend anyone to use 'Chris ' from All Flooring Projects on any of their sites! Firstly, once Chris received our deposit, he became extremely hard to get hold of, from excuses of "I lost my phone for the day" to "I'm busy on another site". Secondly - the work that he telephonically signed off on with one of his team members, rather than being on a site, was absolutely disgraceful. A blind person could have handed over better quality workmanship. Then getting harassed for final payment from him. i would never recommend this company. i wrote Facebook reviews, which were removed and blocked. I wrote Google reviews, which the company was deleted, and a new one was made (review gone). Hopefully this one stays and reaches a network to ensure people don't use this company. Anyone is more than welcome to contact me to send you photos of the final "sign off" end result! Full name of Chris: Makonde Chitsata Work permit to work in SA: No - I have reported to Home Affairs Address of company: differs from invoice to website - neither exist to his rental Register number on invoice: **** - i have reported to SARS ***** department

All Flooring Projects *****
I'm writing this to hopefully prevent other people from being ****med by Chris at All Flooring Projects. I paid him to lay, sand and seal parquet finger-blocks at a project in Sea Point. His work was sub-standard (he tried to sand using a grinder!) and on several occasions he didn't show up. He charged me to sand and seal, but did not do this work. The final straw was when he requested R2000 'to buy more sealant', from which he never returned and then disappeared. This is theft. Do not ever use this man or any company he claims to work for (he also attempts to get work under a name of 'Fast Construction Projects'.
